We Do Not offer refunds on custom products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 Days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. While we do not offer refunds on custom products, we strive to ensure your order is correct and matches approved spec sheets.

No Returns on Custom Products
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, and we will do our best to correct the specific issue.
