- Processing Time: Our Custom Hat Pins are made-to-order and will ship upon completion. Once you have placed your order and approved the artwork, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed and manufactured.
- Shipping Method: We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. Depending on your location, you can choose from standard shipping or expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping will incur an additional fee.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method you select and the weight of your order. You can see the shipping costs at checkout before completing your order.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your delivery.
- International Shipping: We are unable to ship our Custom Hat Pins outside of the United States.
